Aging Young

The secret to aging young is all about implementing a healthy skin maintenance plan.  It’s like anything else you want to last you a life time.  It’s pretty simple.  If you take care of your skin, it will take care of you.

People ask me all the time what I do to keep my skin so healthy, especially since I work sometimes up to twelve hours a day.  Here is my routine:

1.  Exfoliate 2-3 times per week with a buff sponge and mineral scrubs
2.  I do an exfoliating peel once a month
3.  Sunblock everyday (SPF 30 – not just depend on what comes in foundation)
4.  Moiturize every night – face and neck

I also do serums for my eyes regularly, make it a point to replace collagen every now and then with fillers like JUVÉDERM and I’m sure I’ll do a little Botox when I start seeing the 11’s show up between my eyebrows.  One of my favorite things to do to stimulate collagen is to put a warm damp towel on my face and put my neck massager on it for about 10 minutes per area (and no I don’t mean a Rabbit vibrator).  The flat side of a back massager does great.
